Dear customer, if you intend to make a purchase on AfriliaCloset website, we advise you to read the terms and conditions below carefully.
The use of this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein and by proceeding with your purchase and checking out on www.afriliascloset.com,
you shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions as stated below.

PRODUCT MATTERS

Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sourcers or your monitor settings.
Kindly allow 1-2cm measurement discrepancies.
Exchanges cannot be done for the issues found above (if any).
All products on our website are instock unless stated "PO".
No exchanges allowed for wrong size if exact measurements were listed.

ADDRESS MATTERS

It is your responsibility to give complete & correct version of your address. In the event that your parcel has been sent out with the improper address given, take note that we will STRICTLY not be responsible in the case that if your parcel is irretrievable. Kindly email us asap for us to amend before sending em out!

 **At times when there are a lot of mails, we are not able to check every individual parcel for the completeness of your address.


ORDER MATTERS

If you chose bank deposit, please make payment within 12 hours.
No payment made will result in order being cancelled. If you still wish to purchase it after it was cancelled, kindly place a new order.
Do take note that if you had placed an order during a promo/sales period and your order was cancelled because of late payment, you may not be able to purchase the item(s) at the same sale price again if the promo/sales period had ended by then.

After payment is made, there is strictly no cancellation allowed. Refunds will only be given purely due to out-of-stock items.  
AfriliaCloset is unable to edit or combine orders. Hence, kindly check your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

 

SHIPPING METHODS  

* Take account that the delivery time takes place after we have mailed out your order(s);
in other words, once you receive a shipping confirmation email – NOT from the time your order is placed. 

Smartpac 

  • This service is also provided by Singapore's Singpost. However, it does provide a tracking number. Usually, after a shipping confirmation email has been sent to you, the delivery status will only be displayed at least 24 hours after. In the event that you do not receive/are unable to track the item within 3 working days, kindly make a call to their 24/7 hotline: +65 6222 5777 & provide them with your tracking number. They will then assist you from there. 
  • You will be given a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive it in your inbox, kindly check your junk folder as it may be there, or send us an email. 

RETURNED PARCELS 

If you had opted for Smartpac and had provided an incomplete address, in which you had failed to notify us before it was shipped: Chances are, the parcel(s) would likely be returned to us, because we include a return address on every parcel. We will notify you by email should it be returned to us. Take note that mailing charges will be imposed on you for the re-delivery. Kindly take note as well that this will result in a delay of the delivery of your parcels. Email us back at payfrilia@outlook.com with subject: "Returned Parcel #1234" 
 
Reply with: 

  • Full & correct address 
  • Re-delivery option (Smartpac $3.80/Courier $5) 
  • Transfer amount to 194-833-938 POSB savings along with proof of payment. 
     
    * We will process the returned parcel redelivery on the next mailing day after payment has been transferred. 

Mailing Option 3: Courier Service 

  • Courier Service is NOT an urgent delivery. It sends your parcel directly to your doorstep daily from 10am-9pm. If you are not usually home to receive the parcel, kindly authorize us to place (hide) the parcel at a possible place outside your home. Leave a note to seller upon checkout. We will snap a photo proof of the item placed and send it to you. In the event that the parcel gets stolen, we will not be responsible for it. Hence, we strongly encourage for someone to be home.  
     
  • Your item is expected to reach you within 2-5 days from shipping confirmation email. Kindly get back to us within 5 days of email if you have yet to receive it. Email us at AskAfrilia with your order number & state subject "Courier Undelivered for Order number #1234" and we will get back to you in a jiffy. We shall not be liable should we fail to retrieve any lost parcels after the stipulated timing. 

Mailing Option 4: Urgent Delivery 

  • Priority given to urgent deliveries specifically stated by the customer. Item will be delivered on the same day, or as requested.
  • This service is subject to availability; do inquire at askafrilia@outlook.com for the delivery arrangement, prior to placing your order.
